As you have been made aware, school is set to reopen to all learners on April 19th, 2021, (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with Wednesday still being a virtual day for all).  In order to get ready to safely greet our students, we are asking that you this survey. Please know that you do still have the option to keep your child as a virtual learner if medical conditions necessitate this decision.  However, the hybrid model is no longer an option for any student.
