Madeline Perez is  a School Social Worker at Bassick High School. She has been working for Bridgeport Public School since 1999. She has worked at elementary, middle, and high school levels. 

 Ms. Perez has her  Bachelors in Criminal Justice/ Forensic Science from the University of New Haven and a Masters in Social Work from UCONN. She currently holds her  License as a Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and is fluent in Spanish.

Michael Silver is a School Social Worker at Bassick High School.  He is also the Boy's Assistant Soccer Coach. Mr. Silver has been a social worker for 27 years, beginning his career at Curiale and spending the last 17 years at Bassick.

 Mr. Silver holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from ECSU and a Master's Degree in Social Work from SCSU.  He is a Licensed Certified Social Worker by the State of Connecticut.
