Park City Magnet School Library is participating in the CT Association of School Librarians' design a bookmark contest. Any child preschool through grade 12 can submit an original drawing about their school library, books, or the fun and adventure of reading. Winners will be selected from six age/grade groups to ensure an equal representation of artwork from all age groups. (1) preschool (2) grades K-1 (3) grades 2-3 (4) grades 4-5 (5) grades 6-8 (6) grades 9-12
● The bookmark design MUST fit in a space 8 inches by 2 inches, the contest form is available in the forms rack by the library doors. 
                   Drawings must be submitted to the student's school library by April 25th.

Our library is now on the 2nd floor. WE HAVE MORE FLOOR SPACE AND MORE SHELVING. We now have a circulation desk and a book drop.  Last year, Ms. Valle was awarded The Laura Bush Foundation Grant for American Libraries. We will be adding close to 300 new books to our library's collection.
