VISUAL RECOGNITION

Navy JROTC Cadets can earn ribbons and medals in recognition for a wide variety of activities and events.  From academic achievement to drill competitions; top-performing cadets can earn special recognition for their participation and efforts.  These ribbons are authorized for wear on their Navy uniforms.  BMA Cadets choosing to follow the First Responder pathway their junior year are authorized to continue to wear Navy issued ribbons and can earn First Responder specific ribbons to go with them.  Here is a link to the NJROTC Ribbons that includes a description for awarding them to Cadets.
