• My name is Mrs. Nitza Rua. I am the Instructional Support Leader here at Multicultural Magnet School. As the Instructional Support Leader I support our teachers and students in grades K-8 in all aspects of instruction.  Here at MCM, we work as a team to ensure that your child is making progress and growing both academically and socially. Our instructional team monitors each student closely, to provide each child with the interventions needed to be successful.
